Bryant Livingston is a U.S. military veteran who has spent a quarter century in federal service. As an HR specialist with the Veterans Healthcare Administration (VHA), he provides recruitment support focused on the North Atlantic (District 1) VET Center Program Readjust Counseling Service. Bryant Livingston handles job announcements for positions ranging from psychologists to social workers, and ensures the timely coding and processing of pay actions. He also directs the proper staffing for the patient care load, and promptly addresses staffing shortages.

Mr. Livingston has past experience as secretary of medicine with the Salem Veteran Affairs (VA) Medical Center in Virginia, where he maintained schedules for department leaders and prepared travel requests and correspondence. He also prepared performance standards and competency assessments, and coordinated replies to congressional inquiries. Mr. Livingston previously served the Salem VA Medical Center as a purchasing agent and oversaw medical supply and equipment ordering for VA hospitals across the region.

Bryant Livingston’s military career includes serving his country abroad through combat deployments in Haiti, Somalia, and Iraq. He enjoys sports such as tennis and golf in his free time, and played semi-pro football while a resident of Darmstadt, Germany.
